Historical Loom

We learned that this device was used to weave cloth by holding the warp threads under tension.  These looms are often made of wood and metal parts. similar ones have been manufactured in South Carolina. 


The following Loom is found in our Cedar City Museum on display by the Weasel and the Spinning wheel, very important in pioneer life for creating the clothing needs and other needs of the family.
